    Looks like it would fit right in with the Fisher College of Business. ;)



    That brick and siding seems to be all the rage these days.



    I was hoping the building would be closer to the View on High architecturally. Regardless, I’m glad this is moving forward.



    Five-Story Mixed Use Development Proposed for Lane and High

    Schiff Properties has proposed a five-story mixed-use development for the former Shell Station at the corner of East Lane Avenue and North High Street. The plan, which calls for 50 apartment units, 157 parking spaces, and multiple retail storefronts, was presented to the zoning committee of the University Area Commission earlier this week.
