AmericanAirlines Observes 80th CMH Anniversary!Port Columbus has rolled out the banners, balloons and more to celebrate our long-standing relationship with American Airlines. Two years after CMH opened, American initiated air service at the airport’s original terminal on Fifth Avenue. Gasoline cost 10 cents per gallon when the airline, known as American Airways, first began serving Columbus travelers in August 1931.
Currently, American Airlines operates 25 daily nonstop flights from Port Columbus to five destinations:
Dallas/Ft Worth New York-JFK
Chicago O’Hare New York-LaGuardia
MiamiTo help American Airlines express appreciation to its loyal Columbus passengers, the airport is serving treats today from Tim Hortons and Chocolate Octopus near Gates 32, 33 and 34.
Congratulations, American! And thanks for 80 years at CMH!

tourist19ParticipantBurger King for Wendy’s is a major downgrade and I am not happy. There was many a day I knew that I could grab a chili from Wendy’s and have a not horrible hot cheap meal. Burger King is gross.

Pickerington_KyleParticipantAt least Burger King serves breakfast. Also the meat for the Chili is made from old hamburgers from the day before. Think about that. EW.
