[email protected]MemberFAB Dining Group (de-NOVO, Manifesto and chez du bon) is in the process of building our latest concept, Olivers. Location is 26 North High (on Lynn Alley). Originally, our hope was to locate Pink Cow here, however, the concept did not match the space or location. We have spent the past 6 weeks chipping away the layers of plaster and levels of drop ceiling to the most beautiful original brick walls and 14 feet high wood slat ceilings. The space is long and narrow, seating around 90 people, and will allow for an additional 40 person patio (which the interior space will have large windows that will open up completely to the patio).
Our menu will showcase delicous burgers (house blend), original sandwiches and sides, slow roasted prime rib, prime steaks, along with some house specialties. Our bar will carry a heavy bourbon selection, specialty cocktails, and 20 draft beer selections. We feel the Columbus market is pretty savvy to their beers, and would love to hear suggestions to crafts that you would like to have.
In addition, we will have and abundance of televisions, focussing on sports as well as live music in the evenings.
We all feel quite fortunate to have our place in downtown Columbus, and strive to provide options that are desired. Target opening is the end of March, with lunch, dinner, and late night menu options.

NewsParticipantOliver’s Brings Burgers, Steaks & Bourbon to Lynn Alley Downtown
Published on February 21, 2014 10:45 am
By: Ayana WilsonThe Lynn Alley venue originally was called Oliver’s Tavern, and it was a pizza joint owned by the Abraham family, close friends of Sarber. When the patriarch passed away last Fall, Sarber felt compelled to restore some of the lost glory of the original Oliver’s, while still infusing life into Downtown after hours.
This Olivers’ theme is “Burgers. Steaks. Bourbon.”, and will offer a menu filled with said burgers, sandwiches, and large plates. Twelve burgers, including a Turkey Burger with crushed avocado and pomegranate ketchup, made the cut, and they will range in price from $6-$10.

NewsParticipantFirst Look: Oliver’s Burgers Steaks & Bourbon
June 16, 2014 2:37 pm – Walker EvansOliver’s Burgers Steaks & Bourbon is the latest venue to open from Downtown restaurateur Yavonne Sarber, the force behind de-NOVO, Manifesto and Fin. The address of the new spot is 26 North High Street, but is actually located in Lynn Alley in the former Thai Lotus location. Customers familiar with the former restaurant will hardly recognize the transformation as a major renovation has taken place over the past few months to transform Oliver’s into a warehouse-style space with a long horizontal bar down the side, ample booth seating and dozens of tvs mounted on the wall for sports viewing (they were all tuned to the World Cup during lunch today).

NewsParticipantRestaurant Review: Olivers Burgers Steaks & Bourbon
July 23, 2014 9:21 am – Miriam Bowers AbbottOlivers is a new spot downtown from FAB Dining. FAB dining destinations are known for their distinctly over-the-top fabulous décor. Do up some gold swirls, add a few checks and some velvet -and you might have something that blends with the luxe decor at a FAB-establishment. Olivers, meanwhile, has a different look. For starters, it has lots of television sets. This makes sense, as Olivers is a sports bar. While the joint’s light fixtures might betray the work of an uber-creative artist, its decor is mostly defined by rustic brick walls.
