I noticed the other day that the “For Rent” signs in the spaces formerly occupied by Rosendale’s and Details are now gone.
Does anyone have any knowledge if someone has signed a lease for the space?
(and yes, I know I am opening up a thread ripe with the potential for someone to start a faux debate about Applebee’s coming to “the Neighborhood.”)

I spoke with someone who was setting up the kitchen there for a new tenant. They wouldn’t spill the beans on who is taking over.

Friend of a friend told me the maintenance man said it was an interesting lady with personalized license plates. He didn’t know who it was though.
