Terrific addition to Livingston Ave. Do we know what might be going in between this building and the Parsons/Livingston Nationwide facilities? Or where Africentric’s current campus sits?

A rendering of the building at Grant & Livingston was just released but still no update for the Parsons & Livingston piece.

Brent’s working on it right now. ;)

Surface parking is my guess for the space between. As for the Africentric campus (nw corner of Grant & Livingston) it’s still listed as being owned by Columbus City Schools.

Nationwide Children’s Unveils Plans for Two New Six-Story Buildings
    December 22, 2014 3:19 pm – Brent Warren

The expansion of the Nationwide Children’s Hospital campus continues — today the hospital officially unveiled plans for two new six-story buildings. The first of the two, which is already under construction at the southeast corner of Livingston and Parsons avenues, will be a 150,000 square-foot building dedicated mostly to office space for hospital faculty. The first floor will see a significant amount of street-level retail space, although no tenants have been announced yet.

The Parsons & Livingston building is going up fast, Livingston & Grant is still a big hole in the ground but I’m sure it won’t be long.

    Carrie Ghose
Staff reporter – Columbus Business First

Just about every month this year, Nationwide Children’s Hospital has posted 620 to 650 job openings. And those aren’t repeats, either, since it’s averaging 36 days to fill each spot.

This week’s business first had a story about Panera opening a new location on the 1st floor of the new building at Parsons/Livingston. I can’t find a web link yet, but there weren’t that many additional details.
