Café International is a restaurant constantly in flux – in the best possible ways. It’s the latest project from Nick Von Ahsen and Kye Pimparatana, the owners of Best of the Wurst situated in the North Market, and it’s one they’re navigating with care for the customer and attention to detail.

For the past 10 months we’ve been in operation, we’ve done our best to build a unique cafe and restaurant atmosphere where friend can come and enjoy great quality dishes at an affordable price. Kye and I (Nick) have literally put all our resources, time and money into this place with the goal to scrape by until we start to turn a profit. It’s with a sad and heavy heart that I’m telling everyone this news, Sunday January 19 will be the last day our doors will be open to the public. We really can’t thank everyone enough for all your support. We’ve got the best customers in Columbus, just not enough of them.

We invite everyone to come out today and tomorrow to say good bye and enjoy our food. You can order regularly (while supplies last) or we’ve decided to offer an all you can eat buffet for $10 a person, from noon to 9pm.

    Again thank you,
    Nick & Kye
