    Chef Del Sroufe will serve up ideas for vegetarian and vegan dishes and desserts on Tuesday, June 25.

    The author and co-owner of Wellness Forum Foods will prepare and share samples at Old Worthington Library, 820 High St., starting at 7pm.

    The program is free, so register today (registration is required)!

    I’ll be protesting this abomination outside the library. God created animals so humans could eat them and wear fur after electrocuting them anally.

    You may want to ensure the plants are humanely killed, I’ve heard stories of grain being reaped and corn being shucked!
