Kaufman to Develop 78 Apartments and Condos in The LeVeque Tower

Local firm Kaufman Development announced today plans to build out 78 residential units inside the historic LeVeque Tower. The LeVeque has been undergoing renovations since new owners Tower 10 purchased the building back in 2011, which includes exterior repairs, sidewalk upgrades around the building, a brand new lobby, updated offices and a 150-room Autograph Collection Hotel. The residential component is the final piece of the LeVeque’s transformation.

Looks pretty good to me! Can’t wait for this building to really come back to life.
