Yeah, I mean is the increase found in drivers with 5 nanograms of THC per milliliter of blood, or is it just “found” in their blood. Two completely different things. The increase could just represent an increase in the number of people smoking.

I’m not saying this won’t cause more accidents, because imo a drunk and stoned driving is an insanely dangerous driver… just agreeing that this is article is an example of propoganda that we’ll see a lot more of as this debate really catches fire.

Until a clear cut testing method is created for impaired drivers of THC, the only thing I’m truly interested in seeing at this point is a drastic reduction in criminal punishment.
