Can’t wait! For those who haven’t seen the first Kick-Ass, it’s on Netflix!

I’m amazed the guy who played Kick-Ass was in Savages.

I was originally kind of mad to see Jim Carrey in this (I can’t stand him), but they made me not hate Nic Cage in the first one…so who knows.

I abhor Jim Carrey. But I didn’t even realize that was him until the end of the trailer so maybe I’ll be able to tolerate him in the movie by not noticing it’s him. First one was fun, this looks equally so!

I’m totally down with this! Even Jim Carrey can’t dampen my excitement.

Well, it doesn’t sound like Jim Carrey wants you to see him in it either.

Is it too late to leave him on the cutting room floor? I was annoyed by his 45 seconds in the trailer already.

    Film Review: Kick-Ass 2

2010’s Kick-Ass surprised both audiences and critics with its vulgarity, violence and dark comedic sensibilities. The film was heralded as being a departure from the normal comic book formula and its relative success only increased with the release of the disappointingly mundane Iron Man 2 the following month. Three years later Kick-Ass’ influence on comic book adaptations is still being felt but can lightning strike twice for Kick-Ass?

Yeah? I was kind of expecting that, but care to elaborate? ;)

Just not good. All teen angst filled, felt more 90210 than Kick-ass.

Not the movie I expected or wanted to see.
