I would love to see some official follow up with Rajesh or ARMS.

I can’t get anything of substance from them, maybe C.U. can.

I just sent Rajesh an email for an update and will share what he says. I don’t have time for another sit down interview.

Just sell the design and land to say Nationwide and let them build it.

    I doubt Nationwide wants it.

I understand, anything you can get would be great. Thanks Walker.

XLD, where did you get this info? Thanks.
“Language surrounding financing has changed from ‘looking at options’ to ‘closing on a loan,’ which is encouraging, but hard to prove.”

What does “to declare an emergency” mean?

I saw that too and wondered WTF?!?

    #260993

I checked the links and it’s attached to a bunch of different agenda items. It looks like it’s just creating urgency for a particular motion or whatever.

I was hoping the city was trying to declare it a disaster area :)

Based on personal communication with ARMS.

It does kind of look like a tornado went through with the ripped up signs and trash all over the lots…

And to think when I first moved to Short North I cursed that old “Triple A Rental” place every day…wishing it would catch fire in the middle of the night so I didn’t have to walk past that eyesore. Now what do I got? An equally bad-looking eyesore AND I have to see that dude’s ass in the Speedo every time I walk by.

Gotcha. I don’t see too much difference though. I hope they have decided on a loan and are just looking at a closing date. However, I’ve been misled too many times. As usual, I’ll believe it when I see a shovel in the ground.
