Well, hope some word comes out in the coming weeks. For now in my mind this project like many others across the country is “on hold”

Based on your previous posts, I’m going to go with …. you’re so full of it.

I heard he is trying to move away from clubs and into development more. A foreclosure isn’t a good way to start that dream.

Funny, because based on my “previous posts” this is exactly what I predicted. As for a source, how about the investor/lender for a start. That is my source.

    VERIFIABLE source?

I have no reason to lie about this and unfortunately I cannot post a pdf of the actually foreclosure document. However, the proof is in the pudding. So I guess you all will have to wait for nothing…to be built that is.

P.S. Why do you think the building next door is for sale ($1.9MM). That is an ARMS property that they are trying to sell to raise capital and stop the foreclosure. The only problem, the building is not worth $1.9MM!!

Also good news, there may not be a place in the short north called “Ibiza.”

I think I just figured out your source for this rumor.

LOL. I knew the moment I used such a corny figure of speech I would regret it.

And these are the reasons I think it would be cool for another “official” interview. But that’s just me.

I’ve emailed them to try to get a sitdown too.

If the property is actually in foreclosure, a foreclosure action is a court procedure and public document once it is filed with the clerk. Once filed with the clerk, it should be given a civil case number that can be verified via the clerk of courts website. Verification shouldn’t be any more difficult than posting the case number.
