This would be a great development for German Village on High, but the rumor is Grandview Yard.

It would be a big win for the Grandivew Yard if it happens. These typically are destinations and would help to attract other development. If it happens, I hope it takes the mixed use style of the southern section instead of the traditional single use of the north end.
ETA Though, the old Brewmasters in Brewery District would great as well. http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/17088720/495-S-Front-St-Columbus-OH/

Jason PowellParticipantI would rather see it in the Brewery District as well along the 2/3 block stretch just south of the highway, which is in dire need of a makeover. Being close to GV makes sense as well.

This would be phenomenal in the Brewmasters Gate, I would love to see it there.

Alas, from a business perspective it makes too much sense not to locate it in the Grandview Yards developement. Its equally close to downtown/convention/concert traffic, with the KEY benefit of being waaaaay closer to OSU. Can you imagine what that place will look like during football home Saturdays?!! No brainer.

Mixed use is what’s really traditional.

Sounds like Grandview Yard was correct!

SSBucksParticipantThis would be awesome. I’ve been to the one in Newport KY (just across the river from Cincy) and it was really cool.

Walker EvansKeymasterNot yet. NRI is being pretty quiet about it at this point.

swinzo1010ParticipantI’m very excited about this! I have been to the original in Munich and the one in Cincy and have to say Cincy is a pretty accurate representation. It will definitely draw and it a “good get” for Grandview yard and NRI

GCrites80sParticipantI tell you what, when an oompa band busts into “Hang on Sloopy” at the one in Kentucky the place goes nuts. I can only imagine what that would be like here.
