MichaelCParticipantGreat news from Mr. Crader and Co.
Chris Crader, co-owner and operator of Harvest Pizzeria in Clintonville and German Village, told me he and partners Bethany Lovell and Travis Owens have agreed to lease 6,000 square feet at the East Main Street end of the complex with a restaurant focused on healthy eating and lifestyle.
“We see an opportunity to serve the downtown for those who are health-conscious,” said Crader, whose Grow Restaurants also serves as the parent for the casual-dining Sycamore restaurant in German Village.

heresthecaseyParticipantReally great announcement of a solid tenant for 250 High! Also it’s nice they will have a patio to help activate the new plaza at Main/High. Hopefully other restaurants and RETAIL tenants will see the potential of locating in the area, and start to fill in more empty storefronts.
