    Thanks, actually GIMP instead of photoshop. Yeah, the hack job took 10 minutes (I’m bored from avoiding the heat). The poster came from the Alamo Drafthouse[/url].
    edit: This looks better:

    The minimum they should have done is copied something like the Meridian, at least that has some engagement with 5th. As people are saying this is a piece of crap. I had higher hopes for the development of this area. These new projects could be an opportunity to assume a semblance of pedestrian friendliness that exists on 3rd in adjacent Harrison West and to create a connection with those other population dense, vibrant areas.

    Asinine projects like this will only continue to culture the perceived divide between VV and the Grandview area. The new Giant Eagle and Grandview Yard will be a draw from both areas, yet these developers seem to not understand the concept or value of bridging the gap.

    Truly hideous. Grandview is so weird to me.

    Unfortunately, that craptacular design resides in Columbus.

    Where is that 5xNW advocate when we need her?

    While Grandview may be weird admittedly, that there is located in the City of Columbus.

    Well… Is this Fortress Tribeca? Looks like it would be right at home up on Edwards Farms Rd. Yep, just checked it out, and this is their first “Urban” development. Unfortunate. Ugly.

    Are these the same people that are doing Neighborhood Launch?

    Sort two arms of the same company… Edwards Companies & Edwards Communities…

    Neighborhood Launch = http://www.edwardscompanies.com

    Tribeca = http://www.edwardscommunities.com

    I think Wagenbrenner is split into two companies in a similar fashion.

    Check out their floorplans: http://www.forrent.com/apartment-community-profile/1000067430.php

    Only one unit (a $1,400/mo. 1 BR/1BA with Den) offers a bathroom that doesn’t only enter from the bedroom. Are you kidding me? Who rents an apartment where you must enter the ONLY bathroom through the main bedroom.

    Have fun with guests spending the night. Edwards Fails…
