Digital Media & Communications Specialist for the Columbus Regional Airport Authority
The Digital Media and Communications Specialist will create and execute strategies for maximizing Port Columbus’ social media presence. The specialist will align the organization through social media with air passengers and stakeholders providing them with real-time travel commentary and information.
ESSENTIAL TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Port Columbus’ presence on social media
Develop strategy, campaigns & contests
Post text and visuals
Interact with travelers & stakeholders
Monitor interactions and comments
Develop appropriate responses
Provide customer service
Oversee the daily management of all CRAA websites to keep content and graphics up to date and relevant.
Daily oversight of WebDAM, the online digital asset management solution for CRAA.
Uploading and organizing photos
Create and maintain a resource for effective image search and download
Coordinate and support various communications initiatives including project management, writing, business development support, special events, photography, media relations and other related duties.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree, or equivalent, with emphasis in communications, digital media and/or design, or a discipline related to digital media, graphic design, photojournalism, visual arts, or related field.
Five years demonstrated professional experience in social media,
Work experience in writing, public relations and/or marketing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Social media campaign creation and execution
Expert in the professional use of Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels
Proficient at using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or a similar social media management tool for scheduling posts, monitoring conversations, and analyzing results
Ability to gather and synthesize social media and website analytics.
Excellent customer service skills (external and/or internal)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fosters teamwork & cooperation
Demonstrated dependability and reliability
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to use time effectively and efficiently while managing multiple priorities

A CycleStar leads 45-75 minutes group exercise indoor cycling classes on a regular schedule.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Organize, prepare and teach classes that include CycleBar “pillar” elements: music, video, choreography, performance metrics, strength (weighted bar segment) and other elements.
• Arrive 30 minutes early to class to greet class participants and to assist with acclimation and setup for first time visitors. Start and finish classes on time.
