I figure I would start a topic on all the flooding after the recent rain. My contribution is the banks of Alum Creek overflowed into Nelson Park today. A city worker there told me he’s been there 20 years and not seen it this high.
I posted this photo in the Columbus Weather thread. We decided to run over to City BBQ to grab something for supper and by the time we were on the way back to Clintonville traffic was stopped at the Henderson RR underpass due to flooding. There was a huge waterfall running down from the tracks into the street stalling cars. This picture shows a fireman on the hood of a car talking to a stranded motorist. You can see the torrential waterfall to the left:
