Saw this Article from Dispatch.com, that was shoved in another article. The mistake is in bold.

    http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/local/2013/11/11/odot-casts-eyes-toward-public-transit.html

COTA is changing a Franklinton bus line in response to demolition at the Poindexter Village public-housing complex.

The No. 81 Hudson/Ohio line will be moved today so that it can continue to stop in front of Ohio State University Hospital East.

Buses no longer will serve Metro Avenue, Phale D. Hale Drive, Taylor Avenue north of Hawthorne Avenue, parts of N. Ohio Avenue and Governor Place and a section of E. Long Street.

Eastbound buses instead will snake through N. Ohio to E. Long before turning onto Burt Street and Hawthorne. Then they will move from Hawthorne to Taylor and from E. Broad Street to S. Ohio Avenue.”

Last time I checked the 81 never ran into the neighborhood of Franklinton. Did they mean Franklin Park area?

Probably just a mental mixup between Poindexter Village and Riverside Bradley (both CMHA properties).
