I can’t miss this. Going on the calendar in permanent digital ink. … It was pretty poignant to see some faces in that video of friends that have moved away.December 7, 2013 6:17 pm at 6:17 pm #554528

• Complimentary food! (Details coming soon)
So… for food we’ve hired CU favorite Lidia Labra from the Los Potosinos food truck to cater the party. She’ll be bringing 250 tacos (steak, pork, chicken and chorizo), so arrive early to get one while they last! ;)December 17, 2013 11:10 pm at 11:10 pm #554531

The drink menu from Strongwater for the party:
The only thing that can make whiskey better is pain. An infusion of Bulleit Rye Whiskey, port brined peppercorns, and fresh habanero peppers results in a spicy cocktail as bold as out neighborhood. Served on the rocks.
A light and refreshing drink made with Bulleit Bourbon, our house made ginger ale, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Try it with vodka, gin, or our Strongwater Rye to add some spice.
It’s cold out, so warm up with our Toddy. We use our habanero infused Strongwater Rye, sweet and spicy ginger syrup, and fresh lemon to create this cozy cocktail.
The Sweet Ohio
This martini is a deliciously sweet concoction made with local distillery Middle West Spirit’s OYO Honey Vanilla Bean vodka. We add a little of our house made ginger syrup, and a squeeze of fresh lemon to make this drink complete. OYO vodka is made of Ohio’s soft red winter wheat, so it is sure to remind you of home.
The Gin Sweeney
Named after one of our favorite Franklinton supporters , this drink is as fun and on point as the man himself. Made with his favorite gin, Tanqueray, our house made sweet and sour syrup, soda water, and fresh lemon. Mix it up a little and try it with our ginger ale instead of soda water.
