If you’re feeling a little down, you might want to swing by new Big Fun Toy Store, which opens its doors on Friday, May 31st. Occupying the 1,200-square-foot former Europia space at 672 N. High St., Big Fun is reentering the Columbus market after leaving it in the mid-nineties. (The first time around, Big Fun was located near the Ohio State University campus for three years.)

Behind the Scenes: Bet on Big Fun at the Short North’s new gag gift hot spot
By Jackie Mantey
From the May 30, 2013 edition
If you only read Playboy for the articles, you have probably heard of Big Fun. In 2009 the porno pub picked the Cleveland toy shop for its list of the coolest stores in America. It was also a point of confusion for readers who flipped through Playboy for more than just the articles.

Big Fun Columbus
Our pal, Amazing Gary, is coming back to Capital City on Thanksgiving weekend (Fri & Sat).January 30, 2015 5:07 pm at 5:07 pm #1061468
Per Facebook, Big Fun is closing their Cleveland Location to focus on their Coventry (Akronish?) Location. Let’s hope the Columbus Location is still doing well enough to stick around.January 30, 2015 5:15 pm at 5:15 pm #1061470

Coventry is in the Heights on the EastsideJanuary 30, 2015 5:30 pm at 5:30 pm #1061474
I was thinking Coventry township and thought that was off. Staying open in the heights makes so much more sense than an Akron Suburb.January 30, 2015 5:32 pm at 5:32 pm #1061475
Big Fun in Heights- great place- iconic and wonderful
