There’s a lot of great places for sandwiches in Columbus, but I’m going to put Si Senor up there, since I just tried it for the first time the other day. It’s hard to make it for me, since they’re only open for lunch during the week, so I was pretty happy that it was worth it. Peruvian sandwiches ftw!September 30, 2015 3:24 pm at 3:24 pm #1095460
Yes, Si Senor hands down!September 30, 2015 3:30 pm at 3:30 pm #1095464

The only place left to get reasonable priced food at the North Market is also awesome with the Lac Viet Bahn Mi.September 30, 2015 6:52 pm at 6:52 pm #1095488

I am rather fond of Tasi Cafe’s Smoked Turkey, Bacon & Avocado sandwich.
But, we should be, as they say, thinking outside the bun. After all, a taco, a pita, or just about any wrap is a form of sandwich.March 4, 2016 8:41 am at 8:41 am #1117159
Have you had the Egg sandwich at Fox in the Snow? This is a fine example of the perfect sandwich. I’ve had to get my fill three weekends in a row.March 4, 2016 9:05 am at 9:05 am #1117163

In addition to pretty much all of the above, I’ll add:
1. The Muffaletta from Flatiron on Nationwide
2. Italian Sub from India Oak in Clintonville
3. The pastrami from Danny’s Deli downtown
(India Oak’s Italian sub is a hyper-local legend.)March 6, 2016 11:57 am at 11:57 am #1117328
I’ve been dying to try the Italian sub from India Oak.
