Columbus’ 200-year history is full of interesting and unexpected tidbits: did you know that some neighborhoods were more likely than others to have elephants roaming around them?

Learn more fascinating facts (spoiler alert: Charles Dickens really did stay in town!) on April 10 when Bob Hunter, a Columbus Dispatch columnist, and photographer Lucy S. Wolfe share stories from their book, A Historical Guidebook to Old Columbus, at the Griswold Center, 777 High St. in Worthington, starting at 7 pm.

The author visit is sponsored by Worthington Libraries.
