The 1311 Dublin Road project may be this one referenced in the Wagenbrenner article in today’s Business First:
It also has projects in the planning stage for the former Timken Co. manufacturing site at East Fifth and Cleveland avenues and the former landfill site at Dublin Road east of Grandview Avenue.July 28, 2014 10:25 am at 10:25 am #1031676
The 1131 Dublin Rd project is not the landfill site – it’s a much smaller site across from Barley’s Smokehouse. I checked in with Wayne Garland about it, they don’t have any definite plans for it.
The Chambers parcel is also pretty small – by rezoning to AR-1 they could do around 11 units, if my math is right..
