Pricing Set for Aston Place Apartments

Pricing has been set and pre-leasing will start on Wednesday for the Aston Place Apartments in Victorian Village. The 59-unit building at the corner of Third and Dennison Avenues will have 31 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom units.

I’ve been waiting for that! I drove past the sign about 3 weeks ago and it said “Only 2 units left” a week later it said “Sold Out!”

Second Phase of Aston Row Townhomes Approved

The Victorian Village Commission approved the second phase of Snyder Barker’s Aston Row development last Thursday night. Ten new townhomes in four separate buildings will be built at the northeast corner of Dennison and Starr Avenues.
