I ran across this today on the City of Columbus building and zoning site. It’s in the very early stages, going through the rezoning process of residential district to apartment residential district.

The address in the document is 1414 Broadview Ave, next to the 20 unit Broadview Mews which was completed in 2008. This new development calls for a max of 68 units, max height of 45 feet (looks like 3 stories) and 103 on site parking spaces.

    Here’s the document – https://columbus.gov/Templates/Detail.aspx?id=84482

Traffic will ultra suck for a long time, but that might slow down Broadview(aka the Grandview Outerbelt). They good news is that will get sidewalks now all the way up Broadview to 5th instead of stopping at the Mews.

My neighbors were telling me about this months ago and I saw crews out marking utilities in the Fall. This is the first official documentation I’ve seen though. Channel 28 said that Broadview is getting new water lines as well.
