MTPParticipantAnyone know where you can view the floor plans or what the rent is going for for a two bedroom?

Walker EvansKeymasterWhat does everyone think of the siding treatment at the top of the back of the building? I imagine it won’t be too visible once all of Neighborhood Launch is built out. Just caught me by surprise last week when I noticed it going in.

Stephen43215ParticipantI actually like the contrast with the siding and brick, it gives it a bit of an old age look. Any word on the 5 story condo building at Gay and 6th?

heresthecaseyParticipantHmm, it does look a bit odd in the pictures, but I haven’t seen it up close yet.
For the most part though, I’ve been very impressed with the high-quality materials and detailing throughout Neighborhood Launch. It’s really been one of the best out of the new-build projects downtown, (OTOH HighPoint and LC Annex I would say have been the worst).

MichaelCParticipantI don’t mind the color so much as I do the texture in contrast to the brick. But I agree with HTC; looks good enough, particularly given now nice the rest of the neighborhood has come together.
They should be breaking ground very soon on the next stretch of townhomes. The modern condo mini-tower should be going up thereafter.

Stephen43215ParticipantIn the original renderings they have the 2 apartment buildings painted greyish blue is that still happening or have they decided to leave it the original brick color?

CalebParticipantI actually like the look of the siding. The contrast between the brick and siding is just right for this area.
