The 175 on the Park office tower next to Columbus Commons continues to move forward with new tenants even though Medical Mutual of Ohio is vacating about 3,900 square feet.
I reported last week that Cleveland-based Medical Mutual planned to consolidate its downtown and Liberty Township operations into the One Columbus tower at 10 W. Broad St.
Just days after that report, Tiano & Associates Principal Danos Tiano tells me the Finance Fund nonprofit financing firm has signed a lease for nearly 12,000 square feet on the 175 S. Third St. building’s 12th floor. It now leases about 11,000 square feet in Huntington Center at 17 S. High St.March 3, 2014 4:52 pm at 4:52 pm #567382

It would definitely be nice! Especially if it was maybe a 15 – 25 story building, but 5-6 is also premium in this location. I think that grass lot will soon be snatched up, especially with 250 High, HighPoint at Commons, LC RiverSouth and the huge influx of businesses, and residents. Something soon is bound to happen in the near future.April 24, 2014 10:42 am at 10:42 am #1010571
