The seventh annual Food Truck Festival is returning this summer, but there’s a new location in store for the event. Instead of Columbus Commons, the festival will be relocated to Bicentennial Park and the Scioto Mile.

The two day event will feature over 50 of the region’s best food trucks surrounding the riverfront park, and spanning the Rich Street Bridge. Live music will return on two stages, one in Bicentennial Park and another on Washington Street near COSI.

“We are very excited about new location move and look forward to bringing the ultimate foodie experience to the Scioto Mile and Bicentennial Park,” said event organizer Mike Gallicchio. “Our mission is to facilitate food tourism and create more vibrancy for our great city.”

The 2017 edition of the Columbus Food Truck Festival takes place on Friday August 18th and Saturday August 19th from 11 am to 11 pm. The event is free to the public.

Additionally, the festival’s organizers will be hosting their Second Annual Columbus Mobile Food Conference & Expo for industry professionals and aspiring food truck entrepreneurs on February 25th & 26th.
