Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) has begun pre-leasing for the Flats II apartment complex on Neil Avenue, releasing floor plans and pricing for the 120-unit project in anticipation of it’s completion this fall.

NRI’s newest addition to the arena district will feature one-bedroom units of 610 to 880 square feet and two-bedroom units of 1,050 to 1,290 square feet. Prices will range from $995 to $1950 per month.

Parking for residents will be available in the newly-built McConnell Garage, which sits between the apartments and Nationwide Arena. The complex will also will also feature a swimming pool, spa and common area.

Tina Guegold, Vice President of marketing for NRI, is hopeful that the new project can match the success of their other residential properties in the neighborhood – Arena Crossing and Flats on Vine – which have consistently seen occupancy rates of 95% or better.

“We have had significant interest in the Flats II project even prior to the release of floorplans and pricing,” she stated. “Its proximity to The LC, Huntington Park and Nationwide Arena make the location very appealing.”

More information on Flats II is available on the project’s website.
