After a year in the making, Woodhouse Vegan has officially launched its brick-and-mortar business inside a small space at 851 N. Fourth Street in Italian Village. The new restaurant is hosting a soft opening this weekend featuring a limited menu of appetizers, desserts and bar food style snacks like loaded nachos and “grilled cheese” sandwiches.
After honing their craft as a pop-up restaurant inside Oddfellows, the Woodhouse family decided to make the jump into a full time restaurant and bar space. The new location is divided into three distinct spaces: a bar with a counter-style ordering system right inside the door, an elevated seating area in an adjacent room, and a back patio in the rear of the building.
