First Look: The Pint House Beer Garden

The Short North officially gets its first Beer Garden this week as The Pint House opens on Thursday at 780 North High Street. The building has been completely gutted, providing a raw, open garage-like space with a long bar lining one wall and communal picnic tables along the other side.

“I think the key feature is that it’s a real indoor/outdoor beer garden courtyard,” says co-owner Mike Gallicchio of the CGS Group. “I think that’s what people are going to remember and talk about. It should remind you of an old-world European beer hall.”

In addition to the beer-centric bar menu, The Pint House boasts a full kitchen and will feature a Sunday brunch from 11am to 3pm.

The Pint House hosted a soft opening party yesterday. Check out the photos below for a sneak preview of what to expect during Thursday’s Grand Opening.
