First Look: The Angry Baker Reopens
The Angry Baker reopened for business this morning, following a six-day closure for renovations and updates. Customers of the popular Olde Towne East bakery will notice new display counters in the front, a fresh coat of paint, a couple of extra seats, and a revamped menu that includes some new additions for breakfast and lunch, including BBQ Tofu Bowls, Pork Tacos with Jalapeño Slaw, Almond Croissants and Vegan Trail Mix Cookies.
“We are known for having large muffins and cinnamon rolls, but we also now have smaller items available for people to pick up to take to a dinner party or event such as small tarts, cheesecakes, tiramisu, and macarons,” said Angry Baker Owner Vicki Hink. “We are also adding more bread varieties, as well as a bread schedule so customers will know which day to come in to get their favorite loaf.”
