The project comes from renowned mixologist Annie Williams Pierce and her husband Luke. The menu is heavily focused on drinks with a selection of cocktails, sakes and wines.

Guests can kick things off with a $5 Mini Martini before sipping on selections like the Leopard Print Everything with apple brandy, sherry, sweet vermouth and braulio, or the Rambler Highball with scotch, plum wine, sherry and soda.

Wines span from the classic whites and reds, to sparklings, roses and oranges. A handful of each are available by the glass with an extensive bottle selection to boot.

The eats are focused on snacks, with bites like marinated olives and roasted cashews, or shareables including bread and butter, burrata and more.

Law Bird will serve from 4 – 11 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 4 p.m. – midnight Friday and Saturday, and 2 – 9 p.m. Sunday. They’ll be closed on Tuesdays. Law Bird is located at 740 S. High St.
