Greenhouse Canteen makes its Columbus debut tonight, Tuesday October 13 at 1011 W. Fifth Ave. in Fifth by Northwest.

It’s the first U.S. location for the Australia-based eatery which first opened its doors in 2013.

Greenhouse Canteen’s menu is not only 100% plant-based, but also gluten-free. In the small plates department, diners will find dishes like Arancini Balls and Cauliflower Wings, as well as a vegan Mac n Cheese. Moving on through to large plates, the popular Smoked Jackfruit Enchilada, Mushroom Cheeseburger and more await. There’s dessert, too, like Pecan Pie and a Snickers Tart.

Greenhosue Canteen is still waiting for its liquor license, so for now the drinks menu is focused on house-made sodas and lattes.

Addressing dining in the age of the coronavirus pandemic, Greenhouse Canteen will offer two dinner seatings a night, Monday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended with seatings available at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
