Goodale Station will offer a menu of New American Cuisine that spans snacks, to small plates, to entrees. Oysters, pork belly and New York strip all make the menu, along with an upscale take on chips and dip featuring fingerling potatoes and caramelized onion dip. For dessert there’s “apple pie” – a riff on the American classic featuring white chocolate fudge, along with other decadent, sweet eats.

Diners can wash it all down with a Fancy Nancy, featuring Watershed chamomile vodka and served with a sprig of baby’s breath. Other plays on classic cocktails also make the menu.

“Our goal is to create bold and flavorful dishes that rotate and change throughout the seasons,” says Executive Chef Tripp Maudlin. “Goodale Station is elegant but comfortable and inviting and offers the perfect backdrop for after-work drinks to celebratory dinners.”

Goodale Station has a dedicated elevator entrance separate from the hotel that delivers patrons to the 12th floor. There’s room for 200 with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a private dining room that accommodates 24.

Goodale Station opens at 4 p.m. daily. From Sunday to Thursday, they’ll stay open until midnight, extending the hours until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Complimentary valet parking is available for bar and restaurant guests.
