The first Bareburger location in Ohio opens today in the Old Yankee Trader building at 463 North High Street. It’s due to the efforts of George Matthews, Charlie Xu, and Ben Christopher, friends who discovered the franchise while living in New York.

Bareburger’s concept is tested, proven, and a better alternative for those who still want to indulge in a good, juicy burger without feeling guilty about it. Bareburger offers 15 signature burgers, but customers can create-their-own using the organic produce and grass-fed meats on the menu.

Bareburger also offer salads, wraps, and sandwiches, as well as milkshakes and ice cream sammies. Bareburger stocks a full bar, including specialty cocktails and a number of local craft beers.

Bareburger is open Monday-Thursday, 11am – 10pm, Friday-Saturday, 11am – midnight, and Sundays, 11am – 5pm. There are already plans to add brunch, which can be best enjoyed in the secluded back bar which overlooks a view of the North Market. These are sure to be some of the best seats in the city on any day.
