Irish pub Fadó (pronounced f’doe) will open a second Central Ohio location next spring, filling one of the few remaining restaurant spots at Bridge Park in Dublin.

It’s part of a larger vision for the growing food and entertainment scene at the 30-acre mixed development project of Bridge Park. Ted Orr, Crawford Hoying Director of Development Experience, imagines Bridge Park to be “on the bleeding edge of where development is heading” — a walkable community of diverse restaurants, retail and venues proven successful in Central Ohio and nationwide.

“It is special when we discover a restaurant that complements Bridge Park and the other entertainment and restaurant options here,” said Crawford Hoying President Brent Crawford in a press release. “We are looking forward to the food, drinks, culture and energy that Fadó will bring to downtown Dublin.”

Fadó regularly hosts live music acts, including local and national artists and DJs.

On their menu they offer a range of appetizers, including pretzels, mini burgers and smoked salmon bites, as well as several small plates and sandwiches. Entrees include traditional Irish items, such as Shepherd’s Pie, an Irish breakfast, and corned beef and potato dumplings.

They’ll serve brunch from open to 3 p.m. daily, and host a happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. It’ll be located at 6652 Riverside Drive.

“Bridge Park is an excellent setting to debut a new look and feel for the Fadó brand in Columbus,” said Fadó Partner Scott Neff in a statement. “We are thrilled to get started and to be further inspired by the Bridge Park and Dublin community.”
