Why the wealth gap?
Over half a century after pay discrimination became illegal in the United States, American women still face a substantial gender wealth gap. On average, women in the US only own 32 cents to every dollar owned by men. For women of color, these numbers are even more staggering. Join Besa, to learn about the roots of the gender and race wealth gap, and community solutions to move towards economic equity for women.
