Wild and Weird Franklinton Tour

July 25, 2020 3:00 pm @ 3:00 pm

Get down to the Bottoms of History with a two hour walking tour of Franklinton’s oldest sights led by Zachary Henkel. Founded by Lucas Sullivant in 1797, Franklinton is Columbus’ oldest neighborhood. This walking tour shows a bit grittier side to the neighborhood. See America’s oldest Harley Davidson dealership, a cabin from 1807, The Franklinton Cemetery where American Revolution veterans are buried, the last standing passenger train station in Columbus, and more. Tour begins at 188 McDowell St and ends nearby at Land Grant Brewing Company for a tasty beer. Wear sturdy footware!
