Join us for a one-of-a-kind bourbon dinner on Wednesday, January 22, as we pair creative dishes from Executive Chef Jack Moore and team with specialty cocktails and selections of four, single barrel bourbons — hand picked by our distilling team.
Each ticket includes a four-course dinner and cocktail pairings along with four tastes of Watershed single barrel bourbon made on site from grain to glass. At the end of the evening, you’ll get the chance to vote and help choose which barrel we’ll release in limited quantities as a Watershed bottle shop exclusive in February. Each ticket also includes the chance to pre-order bottles ahead of the public event. Between courses, you’ll get a chance to tour our facilities, taste bourbons that public has never had access to before with Watershed founder Greg Lehman.
Doors open at 5 pm for a happy hour with welcome cocktail and passed appetizers and seating begins at 6 pm. For parties of 6 or more, please contact [email protected] or call 614 357-1936.
