Explore partner yoga in an affirming, inclusive setting. Together you will assist one other in postures that open and unwind tight muscle groups, relieving tension in the back, legs and shoulders. Then explore breath, movement, and balance as you collaborate on poses built for two. The mindful movement and playful practice of partner yoga are known to foster connection, build courage, and induce laughter.
This program will be offered twice: Friday 2/14 at 7pm, and again on Saturday 2/15 at 7pm. Choose the timing that works for you!
