Councilmember Shayla Favor will convene a presentation and panel discussion by The Ohio State University students on Tools For Housing Affordability. The student’s focus areas are accessory dwelling units and developer incentives.
On Thursday, April 18 at 10am, two teams of students will present their findings to Council and provide recommendations on how low to moderate income families can optimize affordable housing resources.
All interested citizens are invited to offer public testimony. Comments are limited to three minutes. Anyone wishing to address City Council on this matter must fill out a speaker slip between 8am-10am on the day of the hearing at Columbus City Hall.
