John Boerstler and the Sidewinders are a new band fronted by guitar legend John Boerstler (Hoo Doo Soul Band, Phil Clark & The Soul). They combine some original material with a variety of jazz, R&B and soul. Consisting of some of the finest players in the region, the band includes Phil Clark (vocals, sax), Chris Young (keyboards,trumpet), Andy Woodson (bass), and Joe Nelson (drums).
