“The observer can never be removed entirely from any experiment. This inevitably means that consciousness plays a role in our day-to-day perception of what is happening to us and around us. Change your perception and you change your reality and experience along with it.”
– Robert Edward Grant

“This body of work is inspired by the nostalgia for what was and what could have been and also curiosities over what is and what could possibly be. Using interdimensional time-travel, we could theoretically weigh the value of our choices with greater clarity. The investigation then lies within the complexities regarding the Observer Effect and its relation to the Butterfly Effect.
What would it look like to have a conversation with a parallel self, somewhere else in a parallel dimension? What will you do with all the knowledge you obtain?
What effect does the act of witnessing have on any experience as a whole?”
– Gabe Michael Kenney
