Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout formatted into four-minute sets of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, and using all body weight movements. All levels of fitness welcome. Push yourself to the level of intensity that works for you and challenges you to meet goals and move beyond them!
