Learn safe, effective methods of muscle toning and figure trimming. Work with graduated weights, eventually performing three sets of eight-to-12 reps. for each muscle group. Move at your own pace and ability level. Warm-ups and cool-downs ensure safe, injury-free workouts. Bring a mat; weights provided. All fitness levels welcome.
