Strength Training with Free Weights

An event every week that begins at 5:15 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 19, 2019 12:00 am

Learn safe, effective methods of muscle toning and figure trimming. Work with graduated weights, eventually performing three sets of 8-to-12 reps. for each muscle group. Move at your own pace and ability level. Warm-ups and cool-downs ensure safe, injury-free workouts. Bring a mat; weights provided. All fitness levels welcome.
