1. Huevos Rancheros with tomatillo sauce, corn tortillas and queso fresco
2. Goji banana pancakes with caramel and a side of coconut whipped cream
3. Vegan burrito with veggies, tofu and soy chorizo with a side on fruit
4. Classic egg sandwich with lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon, smoked Gouda and a side of fruit
