Although the innovations and renovations we’ve made to create a safe environment have been celebrated and successful, Shadowbox Live has suspended ticket sales for in-house audiences through the end of 2020, in accordance with the necessary and life-saving advice from local and global public health officials.
But the show WILL go on.
Our upcoming sketch comedy and music show, Holiday Hoopla, will be made available for streaming. Each “ticket” purchase will include a link active for the showtime you select. At showtime, simply click the link to enjoy our full-length holiday themed show. Streaming access will begin Friday, November 27th, and will be available through December 26th. To order now, click here.
Current ticket-holders for Holiday Hoopla 2020:
For those that have already purchased a table for a live performance of Holiday Hoopla, you will receive a unique viewing link for every seat purchased. For example, if you bought a table of 4, our box office will send you 4 separate links that you can share with your guests. This way, you and your friends can still enjoy the Shadowbox Live experience together, through your own “watch party” or online gathering event.
Since you can’t come to us, we’ll bring Shadowbox Live to you!

“Our metaperformers are beyond excited to be back on stage and welcome patrons back to the Box,” said Stacie Boord, Shadowbox Live’s CEO.
Boord added that numerous protocols are in place to ensure the health and safety of its patrons including requiring that all ticket holders, staff members and metaperformers wear facial masks while inside the building (masks may be removed after guests are seated at their reserved table); protection barriers at the check-in/will call, box office and the Up Front bar; floor markers to direct one-way traffic through common areas; paperless menus, playbills and audience feedback forms; and limiting table seating to four people under the same reservation (separate groups will not be seated together).
“We have taken every precaution to keep our staff and guests healthy and safe which includes reducing audience capacity,” said Boord. “I strongly encourage purchasing tickets as soon as possible — you don’t want to miss out on the long awaited opportunity to see our metaperformers live on stage.”
Shadowbox Live also unveiled an updated web site last night with a new feature that allows ticket purchasers the option of selecting their seats for each show.
