The Dublin Police Personal Defense Program teaches preventive strategies, and mental awareness skills to avoid or effectively deal with potentially dangerous situations. Victim prevention techniques are the main focus. Instructors also teach techniques for assault response and escape.
This is a 4 hour course over two evenings. Students should wear comfortable clothes.
Dublin Police Officers instruct the course incorporating universal self-defense concepts, and those from a program called P.R.O.T.E.C.T.
